Now operating in the business brokerage space, Varun focuses on delivering structured, results-driven transactions. He works closely with vendors to position their businesses correctly in the market, while ensuring buyers are properly qualified and ready to proceed. From initial enquiry through to due diligence, negotiation, and formal documentation including binding offers and contract execution , Varun manages the process with precision and professionalism.
